This initial fee is to start the legal process for your chosen service, other subsequent charges may apply, which we will work directly with you on.
Description
In paying and downloading the Listings Sheet, you authorize ATLAS RECOVERIES & ASSOCIATES LTD. and their agents to act on your behalf or duly perform on the requested service. You authorize us firm to collect or enforce debt collections, execute Judgment through wage garnishment and/or through personal properties, report to respective credit bureaus on the above outstanding accounts. To the best of our knowledge, the account balances are correct and reflect no surcharges, unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay ATLAS RECOVERIES & ASSOCIATES LTD. their fees, commissions, any surcharges on all listings/payments made by the listed accounts, either paid to us, or to ATLAS RECOVERIES & ASSOCIATES LTD.
In consideration of ATLAS RECOVERIES & ASSOCIATES LTD., you, the Client will indemnify ATLAS RECOVERIES & ASSOCIATES LTD., against any losses, costs, damages, expenses of any nature which the Client may incur by reason of or in consequence of acting as the Client’s Collection Agent. You agree to pay a close-out fee of 10% on the outstanding balance on accounts closed after listing only at the discretion of ATLAS RECOVERIES & ASSOCIATES LTD.
